Erin Brain Analytics is a private, internal tool used by the Club Ten Thousand team to report on the performance of Erin Ireland's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, and no other people's accounts are connected to it.
With the channel owner's permission, the app uses Google's OAuth sign-in to request read-only access through these scopes:
youtube.readonly: the channel's own list of videos and their basic details (titles, publish dates).yt-analytics.readonly: the channel's own analytics (views, watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained, traffic sources, impressions and click-through rate).The app cannot upload, edit, delete or comment on anything, and it does not access any other Google data.
The data is used only to produce internal performance reports for the Club Ten Thousand team. It is not used for advertising, it is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside the team.
Data is stored on the team's own computer and in the team's private notes. The sign-in token is stored only on that computer and is never shared.
Reports are kept for as long as they are useful to the team. To stop access at any time, the channel owner can remove "Erin Brain Analytics" from their Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask for stored data to be deleted, email the address below.
Erin Brain Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It also uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
